Jennifer has been a mainstay at NACD for the past 30 years. From the early years of working out of Bob’s basement, to housing the office in her own home, to working in the various office locations in Ogden, she has taught program implementation to families, ran the office and been Bob’s right-hand woman all along the way. She currently serves as a Coach for NACD, supporting families in the implementation of their NACD programs. She has also been in the “NACD parent” role, having had two of her own children on programs, as well as several of her grandchildren.
Jennifer says, “Working at NACD has been an important part of my life. I feel very fortunate to work for a company that really makes a difference in families’ lives. To be able to talk to families who continuously express their gratitude for NACD and to have been a small part in the changes of those families, is priceless. Being on the front row to see Bob work with and change children who have not had any future previous to joining NACD has been inspiring. Watching parents work tirelessly with their children to reach their full potential has been amazing.”
Jennifer lives with her husband, Richard, in the Ogden Valley. They are the proud parents of four children and are grandparents to nine. They enjoy spending time with family, biking riding, cruising and taking road trips.
